So I saw this in RotW and instantly wanted one, the trouble is that I can't find any prices listed. Is there a price for these homes or is it just DM fiat as to what it costs?

I found a couple of websites offering new gypsy wagons for L7500 or $13000, depending on your currency of choice. A little more of the google gives a guesstimate of $2500 for a riding horse, or 75 gp in D&D. A little math brings a WAG price for the halfling wagon in at 390 gp.

So the DMGII rules for businesses(however horrible) does include a carriage price with horses included and I assume a carriage nice enough for a business could be repurposed to a home so that puts it at 500g, horses included.
