What would a Wild Elf PC look like in 5th edition? What kind of things does everyone think it'd get compared to say the wood and high elf?

You get the basic Elven suite: +2 Dexterity, Perception, Darkvision, sleep immunity & charm resistance.

Above and beyond that you get ...

+1 Constitution
Proficiency with spears and javelins (primitive weapons)
Ability to ignore "natural" difficult terrain
