Can a prestige paladin (UA variant) be made as one of the UA variant paladins (Freedom, tyranny, slaughter)

Like for example a Prestige Paladin of Freedom. Can this be done or it has to be house ruled.

also, I don't understand the rules for charging while mounted. Would your character require the Pounce ability to full attack even if the mount charged? What about stuff like leap attack, are those allowed, how do they work and who does the respective skill check?

By RAW, no, the book includes no mechanisms for combining the variants, so Prestige Paladin is LG only. It's a pretty obvious adaptation, though.

You cannot make a full attack with melee while mounted unless your mount moves less than 5 feet. You cannot charge while mounted either, so Pounce and Leap Attack do not function (unless you dismount on your turn); however, if your mount charges, you share the attack bonus and AC penalty it receives.
