What's the easiest way for a Warblade to get Totem Avatar: Chakra bind(Shoulders)?

Thanks in Advance!

Easiest? Totemist 1 dip with Open Chakra(Shoulders) at level 12. Or spend two feats to accomplish the same thing.

Either take Shape Soulmeld and Open Lesser Chakra, or take a level of Totemist and take Open Lesser Chakra. You could also get the party Cleric to cast the Open Lesser Chakra spell on you; IIRC it's a touch spell, not personal.

Edit: Actually, I believe the meld stays bound even when the spell wears off, so you could potentially pay an NPC to cast the spell on you, assuming you could find a willing Cleric of 13th level or higher. It'll be gone as soon as you're hit with a dispel magic, though, so watch out for that. Maybe get a ring of counterspells. Also, as long as you're hiring high-level NPC spellcasters to increase your natural weapon damage, you may as well find one who can permanency an enlarge person spell, too.

True. Taking either route to get access to shaping it and getting the cleric to cast that spell is probably the actual easiest method. 7th level spell though, so while it requires less investment, taking the feat brings it online earlier.

Well, the earliest it could come online involves an augmented Psionic Open Chakra with manifester level boosts (again, surprisingly, touch range, not personal), which I believe unlocks the chakra even sooner than an actual meldshaper could, but that's probably more difficult.

The meld itself would remain, but once the spell wears off, it would become unbound.

Continuous magic item of Open Lesser Chakra is 91,000 gp. Not cheap, but hey, it's not costin' anything but gold.

Totemist9 nets you the Shoulders chakra directly, and still gets 1/2 initiator level progression. Is there something in particular you are wanting to do with extra unarmed damage?

I am trying to boost the claws of a Feral Creature (small sized) to do as much damage as possible.

Find a way to make 'em do Bludgeoning, then Greater Mighty Wallop 'em?

Getting some meldshaper levels is a good investment when you want to increase the effective size of your claws.
I'd go with 2 levels of Totemist for Totem Avatar bound to shoulders, Claws of the Wyrm bound to hands(if you can squeeze in dragonblood subtype) and Girallon Arms bound to arms for a +2 size increase and the rend ability.
Assuming your DM follows the interpretation that the "open x chakra" feats actually increase the number of allowed chakra binds, of course.

Though you'll probably get more out of increasing strength/other bonus damage and using your meldshaping to increase your number of natural weapons instead.
