What Variants and Modules are you using so far?

Now that the DMG is out, I was wondering what variants (ie: flanking, new actions, rest, injuries, etc) you guys are using? My group is slowly discussing each ones pros and cons to see what we like and I was wondering which ones y'all have tried and if you liked it or not.
