Can a command word activate multiple items at once?

I have multiple custom items that trigger upon a single command word that they all share, if I were to say the command word, would they all activate at once?

Interesting idea, but no. Each item requires it's own action to be activated, unless otherwise explicitly stated (or activated by 'free' action). Think of it as a mental action where the word is just one part of what you're doing. You also need focus on the specific item, and that can't be multiple items.

There is the line about "the holder running the risk of activating the item in normal conversation" - but (s) as that line implies, you have to be holding the object for that to happen, and (b) as written that line only applies to items with no other activation method, which rules out 90% of activated magic items in the book (including all wands, scrolls, and staves.)
