Hello, I am new to the forum and apologize in advance if this it the wrong place to post this, but I was hoping for some help. I was one of the Kickstarter backers that pledged at the level to get a crayon drawing. I received an email from Rich through Kickstarter on October 4 saying that it was done and would be on its way soon.
After a month, having not received anything, I replied through Kickstarter hoping that there was a delay or perhaps tracking information that I could use to follow up. I figure Rich does not check Kickstarter often after so much time, but I did write a second time at the beginning of this month.
I haven't heard anything since and was hoping this forum would be a place where someone might have some advice for either contacting Rich or any other way to track this down. Any help would be very much appreciated.
