Lucid dreaming plane shift?

Its been a long time since I've read the lucid dreaming and plane of dreams rules, but the idea came up that it might be possible to plane shift out while dreaming.

I'm sure theres a rule against it, so anybody know it? Also other spells like astral projection, divinations, or any ability that allows someone to affect or spy on other planes. Anything limiting those? (besides exp lock)

Not really. Just be prepared to render your own body comatose.

Nope, nothing stopping you. Wouldn't recommend it for long term, because of the fact you can't get xp while dreaming, but its a useful and flavorful way to scout.
