Now, I know I am asking a stupid question. But here goes:
Humans get 4 bonus skill points at lvl 1
You multiply your skillpoints at lvl 1 by 4 after adding them all up

You dont actually multiply the human's 4 skillpoints AGAIN by 4 right?

No, you don't. The only thing that is intrinsically multiplied by four with regards to skills is the X+int natively available to types and classes. The human skill bonus exists outside of that construct, and the extra skill points must therefore be done explicitly by the race, as they were done.

Effectively, what the +4 skill points at 1st level represents is the humans' normal +1 every level multiplied by 4 already.

Effectively, the number of skill points per level are boosted by one, including the first-level multiplying one.
