Hi guys...

I have been spending some time, trying to find out, what amout of damage is needed to cut one's way out of the beast.

You can swallow creatures you have grabbed with your
bite attack.
Prerequisites: Con 19, dragon, Snatch, Improved Snatch,
size Huge or larger.
Benefit: If you begin your turn with an opponent held
in your mouth, you can attempt a new grapple check (as
though attempting to pin the opponent). If you succeed,
your opponent takes bite damage and is swallowed.
A swallowed creature is considered grappled, while you
are not. A swallowed creature can try to cut its way free
with any light piercing or slashing weapon (the amount of
damage required to get free is noted on the table below), or
it can just try to escape the grapple. If the swallowed creature
chooses the latter course, success puts it back in your
mouth. Any damage a swallowed creature deals is deducted
from your hit points. If a creature cuts itself free, muscular
action closes the hole, so that if you swallow someone
again, that creature must cut itself free again. Swallowed
creatures take damage in each round they remain swallowed,
as shown below.

Now the problem is, that there is no table showing this. I found this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?224775-The-Snatch-and-Swallow-Feat), but that does not at all fit the numbers of creatures in MM. A Tarrasque has 842 hp, but you need only to do 50 damage, thus not 1/10th of the total HP as suggested.

Has anyone read any updates or errattas for this?

PS. I specifically wants to give this to a Shadow Dragon Great Wyrm.

It looks like rather than a percentage, "25" is the default for cutting yourself out (if we're just going by the Monster Manual). It might be related to the size of the creature, as most creatures with Swallow Whole are huge, but the Nightcrawler is gargantuan and has 35 instead of 25. However, the Purple Worm, which is also gargantuan, only has 25. Tarrasque is the other outlier at 50, but he's colossal. So... if you need a table, this might work:

Huge or smaller: 25
Gargantuan: 35
Colossal: 50

*Edit 2- I'm an idiot, the table doesn't have what you asked, sorry*
