Doesn't have all

the books, but that's in the process of being remedied. Its great in my opinion.

for spells, try spellforge (https://www.dropbox.com/s/hgo123gp8v3bkwe/SpellForge_3.5_4.5.0.xls?dl=0). I'm the guy who's supposedly updating it. I just have yet to actually do so. I'm lazy. :P

I second Heroforge. Heliomance has been doing a great job keeping it going and improving it. If you don't have access to Microsoft Office, pathguy has a browser based 3.5 generator with most options available.

Alternatively if you don't have Office.... I know of a certain bay where it can be found. You just need an eye patch.
