The Brew Potion (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#brewPotion) feat only allows one to make potions of 3rd level spells or lower.

You can only brew potions of up to 3rd level spells, and Greater Restoration is 7th level.

You'd need another magic item. Most likely a scroll.

Potions can only be made of up to 3rd-level spells, so no.

EDIT: Wow, two swordsages at once.

Well, that answers the question as well as any other related questions.

Thank you kindly!

Well... the Healer (Miniatures Handbook, page 8) gets Restoration as a 3rd level spell, and thus (with the right feat, of course) could make potions of the regular version of Restoration, which would have a nominal market price of Caster Level * Spell Level * 50 gp + material component costs = 5 * 3 * 50 + 100 = 850 gp per. The only thing normally decided at casting is 'which ability score do we fix the drain on' (the rest is automatic), so you'd theoretically have a potion of Restoration(Strength), a potion of Restoration (Dexterity), a Potion of Restoration(Constitution), and so on... as such things must be decided at the brewing.

Edit: Now, I know it's not quite what you're after, but as Greater Restoration is a 7th level spell, and would nominally cost 13*7*50+5*500=7,050 gp, you could get one potion of a Healer's Restoration for each ability score, and only pay 5,100 gp. As long as you don't need to get rid of more than half a dozen level drains at once, it should suit most of your purposes.

Relics and Rituals Excaliber has a way to make higher level spell potions...but your gonna need craft(alchemy) ranks and the DM's approval.

Can someone remind me what the justification was for limiting potions to 3rd level spells?

Well, I'm not one of the designers, but I think it was to keep the mundanes from stealing the caster's schtick (not that they're aren't plenty of ways for it to work the other way...).

Master Alchemist from Magic of Faerun can do the same.

Cheesing mind-mage can always make any magical item at a spell level of 0, potions included.

Standard psionic limitations apply. You can't spend more pp than your ML on a single psi-spell. Since reducing spell level costs 8pp/level you're going to get maybe 3-4 levels lower at 20, depending on your build and other ML boosts.
Mind Mage is also arcane/psionic only, and arcane casters don't get Greater Restoration.

You can use Craft Wondrous Item to create a one-shot "pill" that is consumed similar to a potion.

Or use a Skull Talisman (Frostburn).

Or use Shallantha's delicate disk (Lost Empires of Faerun).

Or use Chardalyn (Silver Marches Web Enhancement/Lords of Darkness).

Or use a Greater Glyph Seal (4000 GP, MIC).
