Here is a simple touch of 4e Warlord. First draw, a modified Paladin.

Leadership Feats

I read in a past thread on this side that some players would like more leadership feats. An unwritten rule forbid usage of feats as class features, since they should be available to everyone. But I think modifying a class feature as a feat is correct. Maybe the feature below may be used as a feat. Any ideas ? ex: my auras, 30' as a feat. preq: charisma 15 for 1st and 17 2nd.

Warlord fighter archetype

Features at 3-7-10-15-18th levels

Arousing Boost

At 3th level, as a bonus action, you can remove a charmed, frightened, and one level of exhaustion from an ally who can hear you. This ally cannot be granted this arousing boost again until she recover from a long rest.

Aura of Protection (modified Paladin's)

Starting at 7th level, Your Presence arouse any friendly creature
within 10 feet that must make a saving throw; the
creature(s) gains a bonus to the saving throw equal to your
Charisma modifier (with a minimum bonus of +1). You
must be conscious to grant this bonus.

At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.

Aura of Courage (modified Paladin's)

Starting at 10th level, any friendly creature within 10 feet of you get
an advantage on fright and charm saving throw while you are conscious.

At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.

Waking up the Dead

At 15th level, as a bonus action, you can totally revive an ally who can hear you, granting her temporary Hit Points enough to reach back her maximum. This extraordinary deed can be performed once before needing a long rest.
