Weapon Aptitude vs X Legacy.

So, I know that this seems awfully obvious, but I need to know, can Weapon Aptitude be used to change your Least/Lesser/Greater Legacy from one weapon to another? I understand the "prerequisites" thingie, but, would you allow it? Or, does it work?

No, as those feats aren't weapon-use feats.

Similarly, you cannot use Aptitude with the Ancestral Weapon feat, since it's specifically tied to a certain weapon.
