I know that Riedran Crysteel is Psionically active, but I'm trying to find out if there are any other Psionically active metaloids...

What about Deep Crystal (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/items/specialMaterials.htm#crystalDeep)? (It's been a while since I looked at Crysteel, so I have no idea how the two compare.)

While not a metaloid, Shapesand is described as Psionically active. That's what enables it to be shaped.
