I don't like the way the rules make combat feel like a board game with each person taking their turn with everyone else apparently in a condition of stasis while it happens. Back as a 3e DM i use to play reactive movement were anybody can move at any time if they have allowance left in response to their adversaries. It worked very well i thought.

There is an obvious implication for reach weapons with adopting this rule which become much more potent to use, i would appreciate your comments regards other implications which might mean this is less of a good idear than i think it is.

Sentinal feat mandatory for all?
