Hey guys, so I just want something clarified.

So let's say I have a Fighter who is 20th Level. So his BAB looks like +20/+15/+10/+5.

He has Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, and Greater Two-Weapon Fighting, as well as a light weapon in his off-hand.

So what would a full-round attack look like given the above information? A standard action attack with all of the feats get penalties of -2, -2, -6, -10 correct?

A standard action attack is one attack at +20. This doesn't change. A full attack is (all +) 18/18/13/13/8/8/3

With a standard action, you make a single attack at a +20 base attack bonus. Any extra attacks are shunted to full attacks.

You get a single extra attack from TWF at full bonus, a single extra attack from ITWF at -5, and a single extra attack from GTWF at -10. Because of the light offhand weapon, all of your attacks in the round have a -2 penalty. Thus, when taking a full attack action, your attack routine would look like this:

+18/+13/+8/+3 main hand
+18/+13/+8 offhand

This is what Two-Weapon Fighting should actually look like:

Did you forget the -2 on the last attack with the main hand?

Alright. That makes sense, thank you.

Another question: If I'm a 16th Level Fighter with a BAB of 16/11/6/1, the full-attack with two-weapons would bring the first attack to 14. Since that's below 16, would I lose my 4th primary weapon attack? Or does the penalty to attack rolls for two-weapon fighting (or any other attack roll penalties while we're at it) not affect the number of extra attacks granted by your character's BAB?

No, attacks are based purely off of your BAB. So in your scenario (no other modifiers) the level 16 fighter has
14/14/9/9/4/4/-1
