Use an Extended Acorn of Far Travel trap as cast by however high a caster you can hire and a Energy Transformation Field(Persisted Mental Pinnacle). You are considered essentially immune to spells apart from Wish, Limited Wish and Disjunction but can take down the immunity by just dropping the acorn for beneficial spells. Once you absorb 6 spell levels you get some decent Psionic abilities. This can be altered or repeated for different spells, switching out the acorn depending on which one you want. It has the unfortunate consequence of having to re-attune yourself per spell every 3-80 days, so sparing use is suggested as is some way of getting to and from the tree with ease. It is expensive, but could be looped under a Landlord feat for access at level 9 if you really wanted to. I would suggest altering the Mental Pinnacle cast to scale with your level for balance purposes though.

A suggestion for the location of the tree: Make a portal to a Hold of Hiding(or Rope Trick to avoid wording issues), destroy the Rope Trick. Because the spell only connects you to that place rather than actually making it, it still exists to be ported to. Feather Token:Tree, shovel in some soil, a Decanter of Endless Water and an everlasting Daylight. Make the portal portable and you're set.

Wow, when you combine two broken-overpowered spells, you get something broken-overpowered? I never would have guessed.

Acorn of Far Travel needs to be cast on an acorn still attached to the tree in question. This is not a material component, so you can't build a trap of the spell or otherwise ignore it.
You can't have more than one Acorn of Far Travel from the same source. Only one acorn per caster.
Energy Transformation Field doesn't absorb spells cast from outside the field.
ETF can't be used with spells with a costly material component. A potion of fox's cunning costs more than 1gp.

Mental Pinnacle is range:personal, target:you. Spells cast by ETF only count as cast by you "in terms of duration and all level-based spell effects", not for targeting purposes.
ETF can no more cast a personal spell on you than you could cast one on someone else. (This is arguable, the spell description is pretty vague)

Being considered standing in the area under the trees canopy does not actually mean you're affected by local conditions. Or if you are you're affected by ALL conditions, not just the ones you want. Lack of air? Cold/Heat dangers? Someone fights there and suddenly you keel over because they cast stinking cloud?

Also, from the spell description of Rope Trick:
Anything inside the extradimensional space drops out when the spell ends.

Oh well, was worth a thought.

Make the trap portable or put it on an eternal wand and give it to any number of minions to use. Depending on how many wands and minions you make you can have as many acorns as you wish. The potion can be ignored in Epic, but that's not really worth it considering the number of other options you'll have by then. It could have the cost reduced significantly, but the amount of optimization required to do so is again not really worth it considering what other, more broken things you could do with that much of a reduction. So still TO, not PO. There are ways to make most any spell ranged, personal is the most difficult, but still possible. The point of putting it in that extradimensional space is that no one else would be familiar enough with it to port there, it is also not considered another plane so it is difficult to get there when Plane Shift and Greater Teleport don't work. The rope trick does work because they only fall out when the spell ends. Any time before or after doesn't matter and the trick does not actually create the space by the text of the spell, it still exists but can't be normally accessed. You create a portal to the space first meaning there is no need to have anything inside until after the spell ends and you go in to make a portal leading out.
