So my DM, as a reward for a quest that we finished recently, has given us any +2 Equivilent Weapon, +2 Equivilent Armor and minor wondrous Item(up to approx 8k GP worth) that we want. Alternatively we can trade out the armor and/or weapon for an additional 2k(roughly market value) each to the item.

I have a level 3 Telepath psion. I have absolutely no idea what I should get. I know a Torc of Power Preservation is first on my list, but I was wondering if there are any other items I should get/any weapons I should get. I already have decided to give up the armor since, well, no proficiency.

Alternatively, any general advise for a guy who is kinda blasty focused?
