Windows search help

I've been having an annoying problem with Windows search where it insists on looking through my emails and other documents, resulting in almost nothing but spurious results. How can I make it only look at file names?

Go into Indexing Options in the control panel and remove your email store from the index. The default search only includes indexed locations so that should knock out your emails from being included.
