Kobold Web Enhancement

Hi i got a question, how does the kobold web enhancements work. the web enhancement list variant kobold racial traits, do these traits replace other traits of the kobold, or do you add all of them onto the kobold, or do you just pick one of them to add.:smallconfused:

LA +0 kobolds can have all 4 of those traits in addition to what is found in the monster manual.
