Mutant Hairdo!

So, I don't know how many people are familiar with Skullgirls, but there is a character called Fillia who has a parasite on her head, that became her hair. So she fights using tentacles and knives made out of hair! I was thinking if this was possible to emulate in DND somehow, preferably actually strong enough to play

First thing that springs to mind is a Pathfinder Witch with Prehensile Hair hex (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateMagic/spellcastingClassOptions/witch.html#prehensile-hair) and the Strangling Hair (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateMagic/spells/stranglingHair.html#strangling-hair) spell.

I'd personally refluff the Tentacle Whip symbiote from Eberron Campaign Setting. As it doesn't use a slot, you could totally attach it to your head. Seeing as it's actually, y'know, a symbiote, it fits pretty much perfectly. Tongueworm could also work.
