So, how do you handle the Battlemaster maneuver Disarming Strike in your game?

When the weapon is on the ground, in its owner's square:
- can the disarming fighter pick it up? (if so, does it cost an action? which action?)
- can the disarming fighter kick it away? (if so, does it cost an action? which action? how far away?)
- same questions about the disarming fighter's allies.
- anything else that can be done with the weapon while it's on the ground? (if so, does it cost an action, and which action?)

For my games, if an opponent has been disarmed, and the attacker didn't interact with an object yet (open a door, draw a weapon, etc), then I will allow them to pick it up or kick it away.

If they have already used their interaction, or, for whatever reason, choose to just leave it there, I will allow the disarmed opponnent to pick it up, but he is then at disadvantage on his attack roll. I wanted to allow for the effect of the disarm to still be present so that the player doesn't feel like they wasted an action - but at the same time, due to the streamlining of the rules, I don't impose too much trouble on the opponnent.
