Do halflings grant an attack of opportunity to their doe when they enter their square?

It says they can pass through enemy squares. Can they also occupy them?

If so, can the enemy attack while in the same square without penalty?

Can they disengage through an enemy square?

No, this such rule does not exist in 5e.

No.
"Whether a creature is a friend or an enemy, you can’t willingly end your move in its space." PHB 191.

Doesn't matter (see above)


Can they disengage through an enemy square?
Yes, they can.
Disengage is an action which lets your movement not provoke AoO. Moving through an enemy's square doesn't provoke AoO, only leaving their threatened area does.
