Me too, working on this myself. The only thing i can think of that your missing is a few Wheel of Time books, but im not sure those count.

Kingdoms of Kalamar books, I think atleast one Birthright setting download is 3.5, legend of the 5 rings, etc there are alot more Ravenloft has numerous books, dark sun got the official stamp, planescape net site as well. There is way way way more official stuff then most think.

Well, you have third party stuff in there, like the Book of Erotic Fantasy. THere is always more of that, probably hundreds of books in total. For just the WoTC stuff, it looks quite good.

You probably don't have all the adventures either .Shackled City Adventure Path is quite well regarded.

You also have 3.0 stuff in there, but I don't know that well enough to comment.

A couple of 3rd party I don't recognize
And some of those books are 3.0
But you have traps & treachery and traps & treachery II, there are about a dozen more in the legend & lairs series, some of which have some gems, specifically wildscape, darkness & dread and path of shadow
I see nothing by mongoose publishing, the quintessential guides have some good material, quintessential chaos mage is kinda broken, and the slayers guide series get some mileage at my table
The Noble Wild is a pdf that gets use at my table
Bastards and Bloodlines is often cited on this forum
The Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde has several prestige classes, its a D&D adventure, but I've gotten good use out of Dark Scholar from that one
Necromancer games, Malhavoc Press and Goodman Games have a lot of good 3.0 and 3.5 material
I second the Kingdom's of Kalamar books, and Ravenloft.
RA Salvatore's Demon wars saga is 3.0 and has gem based magic system based off his books of the same name
Modern d20 series by WOTC
not to mention all the WOTC web articles and archives is a treasure trove unto itself

then if your get into world specific of Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance, Ravenloft and others, you have source material from older editions that is still good and relevant for the fluff
you do have a solid collection, but there is a lot more out there

I recommend "The Wurst of Grimtooth's Traps". It's got a good mix of serious traps, funny traps, Rube Goldberg traps, and downright mean traps (the kind that employ reverse psychology)
