the 20 lords of water deep

was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere the 20 lords of waterdeep are described. dont need full statblocks but a name, personality and theme for each would be nice. any written information would be nice doesnt have to be a complete list.

sort of that can people help me come up with a set of lords for my water deep based campaign. they all need to have a role in running the city and possibly a motivation. they can range from being truly benevolent to veiled evil.

This might be a good start: FR Wiki: Lords of Waterdeep (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Lords_of_Waterdeep). It only lists a few, though.

I know the boardgame "Lords of Waterdeep" has names & short info on all of them, but I don't own a copy.

Isn't the point of the Lords being anonymous kind of their main mystique? That's the impression I got. Kind of the main gimmick of any story involving them.

pretty much, except for the open lord, only the other lords know for fact who is a lord and who is not, altho Elaith Craulnober has a pretty extstensive list of his prime suspects

The hidden lords will be npcs in the campain that tge characters know but tge pcs wont know they are hidden lords unless they socual it out. Thanks for the help so far guys starting to gwt a decent list.
