Paladin feat that makes their class features run off wisdom.

Ok, maybe my memory is just being faulty, but I could have sworn I saw a feat that had either been printed in a source book or in a dragon magazine that allowed paladins to use their wisdom for lay on hands, smite, and divine grace. Does anyone here know what that feat is called and where it was found. Or am I just remembering something that never actually existed?

That'd be serenity, which is from dragon 306, as well as the dragon magazine compendium.

Thank you, I thought that was it, but I couldn't find it anywhere. None of the paladin handbooks have it included for some reason.
