Class Features

All of the following are class features of the Unscrupulous Swordsman prestige class.

Weapon and Armour Proficiency: A Unscrupulous Swordsman is proficient with all simple and martial weapons as well as with all shields except tower shields.
It’s not Cricket: In any round that a Unscrupulous Swordsman uses one of his class features, he can be affected by a Smite ability (such as that of the Paladin class or a Cleric with Destruction domain) regardless of his alignment.
Underhand Feint: A Unscrupulous Swordsman may feint as a free action as long as he makes an attack (as part of a standard or a full attack action) using either an unarmed strike (A Unscrupulous Swordsman without the improved unarmed strike feat still provokes attacks of opportunity when using this ability) or a Shield Bash. He may feint regardless of whether he hits with this attack.
Improved Guile: An Unscrupulous Swordsman may add 1 point of his intelligence bonus per level to Bluff, Sleight of Hand or Tumble.
False Opportunity: From 2nd level, whenever a Unscrupulous Swordsman provokes an attack of opportunity that misses, the Unscrupulous Swordsman may make a trip attempt against that opponent. This ability counts against a Unscrupulous Swordsman’s attacks of opportunity each round.
Misleading Opening: From 3rd levela Unscrupulous Swordsman gains an insight bonus on damage rolls when making attacks of opportunity equal to his intelligence bonus. In addition he adds his intelligence bonus to the number of attacks of opportunity he may make per round.
Trick Opening: From 4th level you may subtract a number no greater than your Base Attack Bonus from your armour class. If your opponent successfully hits you then next round you may apply this number as a penalty to either attack, damage or armour class.
Underhand Blow: At 5th level the Unscrupulous Swordsman gains the ability to make a particularly vicious attack as a standard action against a flat-footed opponent. If the attack hits roll on the following table. His target makes a reflex save (DC 15 + the Unscrupulous Swordsman’s Intelligence modifier) and subtracts the difference between his roll and the DC from the d10 roll. All effects last a number of rounds equal to the Unscrupulous Swordsman’s Intelligence modifier. This ability has no effect against creatures immune to critical hits.

I think it's great, but I have almost no skill at judging such matters, not being a balancing master. I can hardly stand up, let alone fix a game!
