OK so here is my problem I am making a ardent character. I was looking through the mantles and found one of life. When I looked at Body purification i see it says that it heals 1d12 of damage, but when i go to look up the specific details about the power all I find is the description that it heals 2 points of ability damage and an additional 1 point per extra power point used... so basically what I'm asking is what is correct? what the book says with the 1d12 health or the ability point health? if yes to 1d12 hp what are the specifics?

It's the ability damage one.

The 1d12 healing is a different power, Body Adjustment, which is generally inferior to the Life Mantle's first power, Touch of Health.

Thank you very much, I was getting confused because of the book and the site I found both said the 1d12 and then on the site when clicked it said ability. Anyway thank you again!
