Ice and Bull Rush

Odd question here. Suppose I have a creature that has the ability to ignore Balance checks and movement penalties while traveling on icy surfaces (either through Freedom of Movement, or some other source of stable footing). Would that creature have any sort of a bonus to Bull Rush a creature that doesn't have that ability? It really seems like it ought to, but I can't find any rules that would support it.

When in doubt, apply a +2 circumstance bonus.

It should absolutely have a bonus, but you probably won't find a specific ruling on it. A +2 or +4 would work just fine.

Not by RAW, but as others said, feel free to add circumstance bonuses. Also, you could push him up to your normal move speed instead of half as is usual on ice.
