Is there anyway for one to two weapon fight on a medium character with a greatclub in each hand if so how?

Also whether it is or isn't possible even if normal clubs would have to be used, what feats exist for great/clubs and two weapon fighting outside of the normal three feats, would monkey grip or oversized two weapon fighting work?

Monkey Grip and Oversized TWF would work, yes, but not well. You can replace Monkey Grip with the right race (Goliath or Half-Giant), or better yet a pair of Strongarm Bracers (MiC)-- for 6,000 gold, wield weapons one size larger than normal with no penalty. You're probably best off using the bracers and a pair of light maces if you want the symmetry-- and to qualify for Lightning Mace (CWar), which gives you extra attacks whenever you threaten a critical with a light mace.

Hmm... so this would allow greatclub wielding? real quick, do you know the name of the greatclub only feat that causes stunning, I forgot, I know its mountain something.

Oversized TWF doesn't help you - it only affects one-handed weapons in the off-hand. Monkey Grip also does nothing since it does not change the handedness of the weapon (and Strongarm Bracers are better anyway). You could use them to wield Large Clubs though, but that's only 1d8 damage, and is sad.

There is essentially only one way to TWF with two two-handed weapons in the first place - extra hands. Diopsid (Dragon Compendium p. 10, LA+1) is the best way to do this - the ability description explicitly states that you only suffer the penalties of not wielding light weapons (so -4/-4) and that you get 1.5 STR to damage, just as with regular two-handed weapon fighting. There isn't any way to reduce the penalty, unfortunately.

CW Three Mountains Style Tactical Feat (p114). 2+ strikes in a round DC 10+1/2 lvl+STR) or nauseated :smallwink:

Combine with Double Hit to Nauseate per AoO.
Combine that with Robilar's Gambit to prevent Full Attacks in a Nauseating manner.

Get two Sun Blades (DMG p. 228), add the Morphing property (+1 enhancement, MIC p. 39) to each.

See Section IV: Helping Hands (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=15034740&postcount=11) for more tips on getting additional hands. Diopsid only has LA +1, but if you're trying to avoid LA or already have a race in mind, Totemist 2 with the Girallon Arms soulmeld gives you four arms, although it's not clear from the text if they can be used to wield weapons.

Assuming you do get four arms, as several others have pointed out, Oversized TWF or Monkey Grip won't help, and since your offhand weapon isn't light, you'll take a -4 penalty on both your primary greatclub and offhand greatclub. Two morningstars with Oversized TWF would work much better at this. You could grip them two-handed, take Three Mountains Style for the save vs nausea, and your primary/offhand penalties are -2/-2. Strongarm Bracers (6000 GP, MIC) would allow you to wield large-sized morningstars, which do the same damage as a greatclub. Or use the Heavy Weapon rules from Magic of Faerun for gold/platinum morningstars that do 2d6 damage (requires Exotic Weapon Proficiency).

I recently put together a build that adds a third morningstar (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=18367975&postcount=68) with Dragon Tail + Prehensile Tail.

If you want to stick with the greatclub, cupkeyk's Not called GREAT Club for nothing (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?49522) might be good to look at for ideas. In addition to Three Mountains, he's got Brutal Strike (PHBII) for save vs. sicken and Knockdown (SRD/Divine feats) for trips, but oddly did not include Crushing Strike (PHBII).
