I am in a pickle right now. I find myself in need of an artifact to compliment a pair of existing artifacts.

It is a powerful artifact and the first of three orbs used to remove the dragons from the world. It basically contains the essence of Tiamat.

It grants the following powers when possessed by a non dragon:

Permanent Domination of Adult and younger chromatic dragons, Mature adult and older get a will save (DC 32) and on save can’t be attempted to be dominated for another month.
Spells as a Level 8 Cleric of Tiamat with the Destruction and Trickery domains. Has it’s own spell point pool. (54 base + Wisdom bonus)
Resist 20 Acid, Fire, Electric, and Cold
+4 Wisdom
Draconic Spells are cast at +1 Caster Level for no extra spell point cost.

If the orb is broken or the possessor take damage equal to half of their max hit points the following happens

If the possessor is not killed then they become an Aspect of Tiamat for 2d10 rounds and return to their normal form unconscious with half of their max hit points
If the possessor is killed all dominated dragons are freed and try and take possession of the orb fighting to the death to capture it.
If the orb is broken Tiamat has a 25% chance of escape and an “Aspect of Tiamat” will appear 3d4 rounds later. Also all dominated dragons are freed and will attack the person who dominated them if they aren’t already dead. If Tiamat does not escape a Divine retribution is carried out.

A dragon who posses the artifact gains all of the abilities of the next age category.

It is a powerful artifact and the second of three orbs used to remove the dragons from the world. It basically contains the essence of Bahamut.

It grants the following powers when possessed by a non dragon:

Permanent Domination of Adult and younger metallic dragons, Mature adult and older get a will save (DC 32) and on save can’t be attempted to be dominated for another month.
Spells as a Level 8 Cleric of Bahamut with the Dragon and Protection domains. Has it’s own spell point pool. (54 base + Wisdom bonus), All other spell casting rules apply.
Resist 20 Acid, Fire, Electric, and Cold
+4 Wisdom
Draconic Spells are cast at +1 Caster Level for no extra spell point cost.

If the orb is broken or the possessor take damage equal to half of their max hit points the following happens

If the possessor is not killed then they become an Aspect of Bahamut for 2d10 rounds and return to their normal form unconscious with half of their max hit points
If the possessor is killed all dominated dragons are freed and try and take possession of the orb fighting to the death to capture it.
If the orb is broken Bahamut has a 25% chance of escape and an “Aspect of Bahamut” will appear 3d4 rounds later. Also all dominated dragons are freed and will attack the person who dominated them if they aren’t already dead. If Bahamut does not escape a Divine retribution is carried out.
A dragon who posses the artifact gains all of the abilities of the next age category.

It is a powerful artifact and the last of three orbs used to remove the dragons from the world. It basically contains the essence of Io.

A dragon who posses the artifact gains all of the abilities of the age category 2 higher.

This is the one I am having trouble determining.

Any thoughts people might have would be welcome.

It grants the following powers when possessed by a non-dragon:

Dispels or otherwise counters the domination effect of the other two orbs. Perhaps a save bonus of some sort?
Spells as a Level 13 Cleric of Io with the Dragon and Knowledge domains.
Gain a +2 bonus to saving throws against draconic breath weapons and the Frightful Presence ability of dragons.

If the orb is broken or the possessor take damage equal to half of their max hit points the following happens

If the possessor is not killed then they become an Aspect of Io for 2d10 rounds and return to their normal form unconscious with half of their max hit points
If the possessor is killed all dragons nearby are staggered or stunned.
If the orb is broken Bahamut has a 25% chance of escape and an “Aspect of Io” will appear 3d4 rounds later. Also all dominated dragons are freed and will attack the person who dominated them if they aren’t already dead. If Io does not escape a Divine retribution is carried out.
