Telepathy how to get

Hi looking for a feat, or race with 0la that grants this. Can anyone help?

Shape Soulmeld (Shedu Crown) and Open Least Chakra (Crown). Both from Magic of Incarnum, comes online at sixth level. As far as I can tell, that's the best you're going to get.

I bet you are trying for mindsight. Sorry, but theres nothing at level 1, unless theres some obscure race that does it. Main method I heard is 1 level of mindbender.

Ugh there was something that gave telepathy really early on. It had an LA and I cannot remember it for the life of me, so that would still be a nogo here I would guess.

Edit: Efreet and Djinn get it at level one but you are forced into a monster class.

Do you require the specific Telepathy (SU) ability, or just the ability the talk telepathetically? Ghostwise halflings can communicate telepathically with creatures in 20 feet, though is isn't the Telepathy (SU) ability (it's Speak Without Sound (SU)).

If your GM would allow Pathfinder there's a human like race that gets Telepathy and has no level adjustment but does work on the RP scale.
They're called Lashunta, maybe the GM would be willing to work with you and modify the race enough to make it balanced with a base race.

If it was me as the GM I'd basically allow you to have telepathy up to 30ft instead of a bonus feat as a human. Pretty fair in my books.

Mindsight is a pretty powerful feat, does your DM understand the full implications of you getting it? I've found that not many DMs can really balance encounters very well when one person is a tactical minimap at all times

Pseudodragon havve i believe an LA of +2 and from what i remember 100 ft telepathy, so that is an option (sorry if my LA is wrong, i havvent looked in my draconomicon in a while)

They also have blindsense, which means that a pseudodragon with Mindsight won't beat Darkstalker without a Spot/Listen check by RAW.
