Need help with enchanting

I need to be able to shoot a bow under water and someone says theres an enchantment for it

Er... you already can shoot a bow underwater, you'll just take penalties. Do you mean you want to eliminate those penalties?

Stormwrack has everything you need to know about maritime activities, including underwater stuff. If I recall, I think there's an Aquatic Shot feat, and an item that grants that feat as well.
