Hello...

I was wondering if it was possible to take the first elven wizard substitution levels, and still become an incantatrix? The reason for me asking is the: "This substitution feature replaces the standard wizard’s ability to specialize in a school of magic."

Since an incantatrix is specialized I was wondering how these played out.

Incantatrix doesn't require you to be specialized to enter it, and it doesn't make you into a specialist either. You choose a prohibited school, but that's not the same as specializing, and even if it were, it's certainly not "the standard wizard's ability to specialize in a school of magic".

So nope, no conflict here.
