I have a 15th level character. He's an elf with 4 ranger, 7 sorcerer, and 4 arcane archer levels. And I know there are some crazy fears out there. Anyone got any crazy sorcerer or ranger feats I can use? 3.5e. Reference book feats if possible

Pick up Practiced Spellcaster [Sorcerer] if you haven't got it already. It appears in Complete Arcane and Complete Divine.
If you need more of the same, and would like to try and borrow from Pathfinder a little bit, then try picking up the Additional Traits (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/additional-traits) feat, and pick Magical Knack (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/magical-knack) [Sorcerer] as one of the two traits it can give you.

What do you mean by "crazy" ?
It would be pretty crazy to take Two Weapon Fighting if you're only gonna fight with one weapon. Or Power Attack if you're using a bow.
What's the reference book? Do you mean the SRD?
It would help if we knew which feats you already have.

The optimizer inside of me cries at that level breakdown.
Anyway, Versatile Spellcaster can give you a bunch of extra spells.
