nopragma tags

Quite often when I pull the site up in IE, I have to do a "hard refresh" of the page to get the latest version. Is "nopragma" still an IE-supported tag to stop the odd caching issue IE users often experience? If so, any chance it could be implemented?

vBulletin is programmed by Jelsoft Enterprises. They work to maintain compatibility with as many browsers as possible. Future versions will see greater compatibility, I do know they are working on IE7 compatibility.

I get the same "hard refresh" problem with Opera 9.01, specifically on the "subscribed threads" page, which I always have to refresh.
