[D&D 5E] Wizard Handbook?

I've seen no Wizard's handbook yet for D&D 5e. What spells are generally uber and others teh suck? What Wizard specializations are best, and what what levels? What are the best multiclass options, skills, backgrounds, and feats? What else should I know about making an effective and spiffy Wizard in 5e?
