Gonna be joining a 3.5 campaign soon, and one of the players asked me if there was a way to bypass fire resistance for ToB Desert Wind attacks. I know such a thing exists for spells(Searing Spell), but not for non-spells.
Any advice on this, as well as other ideas for bypassing resistances for non-casters? Thanks.
