Goblinoids
A revisiting of the collaboration between Ralcos and Rfkannen. Here's to you, ReturnOfTheKing, for your idea for the goblin races to all be within subraces!

“Goblin tea resembles a nice cup of Earl Grey in much the same way that a catfish resembles the common tabby. They share a name, but one is a nice thing to curl up with on a rainy afternoon, and the other is found in the muck at the bottom of polluted rivers and has bits of debris sticking to it.”

Goblinoids are a category of humanoids that include the Greenskin, Forestkith, Hobgoblin, Bugbear.

If Hobgoblins are smarter, then why do Greenskins get a bonus to INT, while Hobgoblins get a bonus to Con?

Where is the Forestkith's ability to turn into a tree?

Most of these races are pretty weak compared to those in Core, except the Bugbear which is probably slightly better than a Dwarf.

Small size doesn't kill two handed weapon use. Just Heavy.

I really appreciate a playable race. It doesn't have to stand toe to toe with player characters IMHO.

What I'd like to see is a list of survival advantages that take place out of combat.

Resistance to harsh treatment, starvation and torture.
Ability to survive in adverse conditions
Reproduction rate closely tied to available food.
Adaptability
Goblin magic

These are the things that make goblins scary!
