Has anyone had a chance to try out the Factotum from Dungeonscape? Is it any good?

I take the lack of response to mean that nobody's tried it. :smallconfused:

There's been some theoretical talk about it over at the WotC boards (Char Opt), but nothing really powerful has come up.

It makes for a decent gishy character, if you play it right.

There's some potential brokenness in the Turn Undead + Divine Metamagic potential inherant in the class (if you don't use the DMM errata to apply only to divine spells).

Overall, it seems kind of like the Binder, Incarnate, or Bard: a great 5th wheel, that can shore up several different weaknesses in a party, if built properly.
