Best Elemental Followers

In the setting I'm making, the Leadership feat provides followers and cohorts as normal, except that the followers and minions have to be elementals. What would be the best elementals to have as minions for this?

I would get an Orglash Air Weird as cohort, it gets a lot of supernatural divinations as a free action, so all the knowledge. :smallamused:

Earth elementals. It's like a "NOCLIP" cheat code for most dungeons/castles/caves/etc.
