Converting Rise of the Runelords to 5E?

Has anyone undertaken such a project? If not, are there formulas for quickly converting lots of Pathfinder/3.5 monsters, encounters, and items to 5E? I'd like to run RotRL for my gaming group, but after trying 5E, I don't want to go back to Pathfinder.

Ya, it's still a work in progress, but that has book 1 and 2 done besides any revisions I make while running it.
