House wins. I didn't even know ER still ranked in the doctor show list anymore.

House is the best one, by far. Too much drama in the others. Scrubs is a close second, though.

Since when is Grey's Anatomy a worthy challenge for House?

ER was the best until after the Africa episodes. Green leaving was the best of the series. Can't say I've seen the new ones as I haven't watched TV in some time. Never got into comedies like scrubs before.

"Do you take those painkillers for your leg?"
"No, I take them because they're yummy. Want some?"

Yeah, House is the clear winner here.

House, of course, but I do enjoy both ER and Grey's Anatomy. I don't consider Scrubs as a doctor's show, it's much more of a sitcom.

i suppose i could say Doctor Who... there's a doctor in it...

Grey's is definitely better than ER but I like House the best.

Another for House. Grey's Anatomy is all drama, no substance. Blech. Never watched ER, so I can't really comment.

Grey's! Although I'm way behind right now.

Well, yeah, but it's good drama. I like it.

House. Used to watch ER back in the day, but stopped around season six or so.

I voted for Grey's Anatomy in the spirit of the poll. It's decent show, often amusing, though not very doctory in many ways.

I left House out because it has transcended mundane competition for favor. Whether I vote for it or not, it's still the best.

Grey's all the way. But that's probably cause I haven't gotten round to seeing House yet.

Although scrubs is the funny.

Scrubs without contest. Okay, with contest, but I still like it the best.

Due to the fact that I have sisters I am exposed to unhealthy amounts of grey's. It's better than ER.

I love Scrubs. It's funny, and the characters are cool.

I voted for "other", but I think I might have voted for Grey's Anatomy because (sorry to all of you fans of the show) I laugh at the over dramatic parts and characters.

Like when Meredith fell into that bay and the little blonde-haired girl was watching her fall, without emotion? I know I'm horrible, but I was like, "What the-why is that girl just standing there?" and almost laughing. The dramatic Snow Patrol music made the moment better.

I'd rather my doctors not go have a quicky, then 55 minutes of melodrama before treating me. Nor would I ever accept treatment from anyone named "McDreamy," even under life and death circumstances.

House is made of win. I mean really, it HAS drama, but 99% of the time, it's measured in just right with the medical portion to work out perfectly. It's possibly the most brilliant show on television still getting new episodes (Barring MAYBE Monk). I keep waiting for it to jump the shark (that brain cancer deal ALMOST did, but the Fonz swerved in the last five minutes and saved it), but it keeps on impressing me.

ER? Watched it way back when, but lost TV for a while, and haven't been impressed by it yet since. It had its day.

Grey's Anatomy? WAY too much drama. It's like a friggin' soap with scalpels. Some merits, but for the most part, way out of the league of the others.

Scrubs, I think is very episode based. Some I love, some I hate. For the most part, it's pretty good.

Math lesson?
Grey's Anatomy<ER=Scrubs<MASH<House

Scrubs is brilliant (though variable this season, the re-runs show was crap), but I still prefer House for actual medical drama.

Scrubs all the way for me. Yeah, it's quirky and corny, sometimes, but according to my husband (who is a resident and knew what the characters were going through when the series started) it's better in the "real medicine" sense than ER. I've never seen House, so I can't comment on it, though my parents love it. As for Grey's Anatomy, I think it's okay, but I think the drama far outweighs the medical aspects of the show.

The words "actual medical" should never preceed House.

What was the show that had them flying Krispy Kremes in by chopper in the first episode? I'm really bad at following shows on TV, so I usually just buy them on DVD. I've seen numerous seasons of ER, and only two of Grey's anatomy, can't really pick which I like better though.

Er, I'm sorry, Reptilus? Are you implying that House is inaccurate? There is, you know, a book out about the medicine in House M.D.? I haven't read it, but I understand it was generally complimentary.

Scrubs is not only the best medical show on tv, but the best show ever.

House is a great show as well.

Scrubs or House. Grey's and Grey's fans who come in and talk during the end of The Office annoy me to no end.

Many of its technical aspects involving diseases are accurate, though hardly exact (I have no problem with this, since it's a TV show and one should not have to possess a medical degree to understand a TV show), and it is often complimented in this area.
However, form an actual aspect of practice, House would've lost his license long ago if he was a real doctor and behaved this way, regardless of how brilliant he is. Also, in the current climate of America, he would've been sued for malpractice at least once, I'm sure.

I hated E.R. (insert joke about coincidence here), but with Grey's Anatomy I found a doctor show i liked very much.

I will have to watch an episode of scrubs but so far no doctor/ or doctors in training show has ever been really good. Even Doogie Houser. Mah am I old.

I will admit that I find House amusing, but that it just because of Hugh Laurie. But it is highly unrealistic.
