Psionic Summon Elemental Monolith

Trying to make a psionic version of Summon Elemental Monolith from Complete Arcane (pg 124). What do you guys think?

Power Resistance: No
Power Points: 17

Another idea I'm open to is a sort of Astral Monolith thing (it would be nice to have feats and stuff that apply to ACs also apply to this), but I have no idea how to go about making an astral version of an EM.

Do Spell-to-Power Erudites even need a psionic version? Just cast the spell.

Can't you learn another person's powers? If so, then you just need to find a erudite to buy said power.
