Need help on finding equipment that would be beneficial to me.

I'm playing as a marshal which will probably be a more supportive role, all help would be appreciated. We are using all of the books that are in 3.5 ^^

There are several items in the Magic Item Compendium that function specially for marshals: namely, the helm of heroes, rearguard's cape, standard of valor, helm of tactics, and horn of resilience. They might be of interest, although they all have pretty harsh daily limits, which makes them less appealing IMO.
