Looking for the Villain Workshop article by Rich Burlew

I'm trying to find the oldie but goodie article that The Giant wrote long ago. With the example of The Fire King and so on. I can't seem to find it! :smallfrown: I tried "Villain", "Workshop", "Fire", "king" but to no avail. Can anyone help me? This could really help a friend.
