My character worships a god of pain and tortures peoples to get info but my group does not know I worship this god and that I do this. They just think I'm intergating them with a spell that tells me if they are lying. So I need to know so I'm not leaving deformed corpses around.

Presumably, since healing spells heal damage, not make it worth, you would see you needlessly painful configuration undone, as the organs move themselves back into their proper place. Also, that' screwed up on several levels that you need to ask.

this is what you want if you want to leave the corpses together
Vicissitude

that is from Vampire:The Masquerade, you would have to homebrew a version, maybe some spells but it would be fun

but as to would healing work, that is more of a mutilation your doing there, I would think regeneration is what you need

C'mon, it would be a nice idea for the laboratory of a twisted fiendish scientist...

What characters does the OP play?

What you're doing seems like it would be more traumatic than painful. Your target would probably be dead before you can get a healing spell off.
