I want to play a netural evil blackguard but this is a gestalt game and i need another class to mix in it and I need a race with a la buy off +2

If the blackguard counts as your PRC I would consider using binder on the other side.

are you using a variant paladin so you don't fall? if so use the paladin of tyranny for that sweet aoe no save save debuff.

stack on the unseelie fey template (http://www.realmshelps.net/monsters/templates/unseeliefey.shtml) and take the winter chill ability for more sweet aoe no save save debuff. (no listed la probably borderline for +2). if unseelie fey is allowed as +1la go for aasimar as the base race if its +2 try go for the lesser version. (i love me some fallen angel shizz)
