Half-Giant (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/races/half-giant) is the race I am using (no LA)
Half-Troll Template (http://www.realmshelps.net/monsters/templates/halftroll.shtml)
In PF you use CR for Level adjust so this is a CR 2 Race adjustment. [We use LA buyoff to buy off CR.) [The whole party is using Half-Troll]

We are using two Flaws and with them I plan on taking Toughness and Troll-Blooded Feats.
This nets me Fast Healing 5 and Regn 1, which makes him damn hard to kill.

Barbarian is most likely for one side, specifically Invulnerable Rager.
On the other side I am not quite sure. considering Warpriest or maybe a psionic class because we will be encountering psionics and magics throughout the campaign.

We will be fighting a hell of a lot of trolls, Goblins, Orges, ect if that helps.
We rolled 16,16,14,14,14,14 for stats.

Would you mind adding another template? Gheden would do wonders for your tankiness.

I don't know that one. And I am pretty sure DR/- equal to half my level, DR/- to nonlethal equal to my level plus Fast Healing 5 and Regen 1 makes me pretty damn tanky right?

Or I could use a Stonechild (https://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/chainmail/Stonechild.pdf)
Its CR is 3, so combined it would be a ECL 5.

It's clear that if you want to use a psionic class, you should go with a Wis-based one. Ardent is useful, especially considering how easily it multiclasses thanks to Practiced Manifester and its method of determining the highest level powers you can learn. Be sure to make liberal use of Substitute Powers (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070629a), and consider taking Psychic Weapon Master (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040827d) if you can afford the prerequisites.

If you're going to focus on natural weapon attacks, Warblade and/or Swordsage will be useful for Wolf Fang Strike and Dancing/Raging Mongoose. An Unarmed Swordsage//Ardent could combine the AC bonus with Inertial Armor and Force Screen for an insane naked AC, and full attack with unarmed strikes and secondary attacks with all the natural weapons.
